Shipping & Delivery

Orders placed through our website or e-mail can usually be shipped within 2 business days. Shipping is via UPS or FedEx. You will be presented with shipping options at checkout for standard and expedited shipping. Shipping costs are usually calculated based on weight and size. At this time, we can not ship to P.O. Boxes, U.S. Territories or U.S. military installations. We do not ship overseas, or to Mexico. Canadian customers: please contact us for a freight quote.

If we can combine multiple items in a single order you may be eligible for a lower shipping cost. We will try to do so and if we can, you will be notified and credited with the savings. If you request that each item be shipped when it is available, shipping cost will be calculated on each individual container and items will ship separately.

Due to size and weight, some of our merchandise may have a fixed shipping charge. Shipping time for these items varies but we can usually ship within 7 to 10 business days. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees.

Some items are direct shipped to you from the manufacturer. Direct shipping may required additional delivery time, and express delivery is not available on direct ship items. Direct shipped items are charged to your credit card upon release of the order to the manufacturer.

At this time, we ship to the Continental U.S., Hawaii and Alaska only. Please contact us to make other arrangements if you are outside of our normal shipping area.

If you are a client of Regional Physical Therapy or Center IMT in Connecticut, we can make arrangements to deliver your order to any of the clinics free of charge. Please note your delivery request at the time of your order.

Returns & Replacements

Merchandise purchased from may be returned within 30 days of purchase. If you are unhappy with anything you purchase from us, we want to know about it. Returns must be authorized in advance and require an authorization number form us. Please e-mail us and we will replace the product or refund your money up to 30 days after you purchased it. Refunds will be issued only in the case of damaged or defective merchandise. All returned merchandise must be in resalable condition and in the original manufacturer’s labeled packaging.

Returned items should be repackaged securely in an outer carton and must include a copy of the invoice and your return authorization number.

You will be responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to our shipping error or the product is damaged or defective. Please retain tracking information for your shipment, as we cannot assume responsibility for return packages lost in transit.

After 30 days from date of order, all products sold by are covered by each Manufacturer’s Warranty on their particular product. Unless otherwise directed by the manufacturer, all warrantees are between the customer and the manufacturer of the particular product and warranty and repair claims are handled directly with each manufacturer. 

There are no other warranties, expressed or implied, made on any product beyond the manufacturer’s warrantee.


You can purchase our products online though our website or over the phone. You can order our products using a check, money order or credit card through PayPal. You do not need an account with PayPal or to pay via PayPal.

Payment method can be selected at the checkout screen. We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Sales tax is charged for all Connecticut residents. Food items are exempt from sales tax.

You can track your orders online: Login into your account, go to My Account page, select My Orders to view your list of orders.

Updating Account Information

Login into your account, go to Account Dashboard, click on the item you would like to update

We are a small company. Orders are processed by humans, not by some automatic system, so they can be reviewed carefully during processing for accuracy and to avoid any errors. You will receive a confirmation e-mail after we receive your order and a second e-mail with your invoice when we confirm shipment.
